Life consists of a myriad of experiences, and both the good and the bad, leave an impact on our journey. The Myriad S/S 2019 collection features an endless amount of hand-constructed details, each of which, is inspired by different experiences that I encountered along my journey. These details are visible in both the contemporary structures and traditional adornment techniques that all come together to tell the story of a girl with a dream. As you will see, each look presents a colour, and each colour represents a memory/feeling/emotion that inspired the piece. The final piece of the collection presents all the colours, which come together to represent how all the bits and pieces of each persons’ experiences come together to create the whole.
